Dynamic Analysis of Line Gear Pair Based on Numerical Manifold Method

چکیده

As a kind of tiny gear based on space curve meshing theory, the line is very suitable for miniaturized machines due to its compact size and low weight. However, usually suffers from serious vibration problems since teeth are designed as twisted three-dimensional cantilevers provide conjugated curves. A dynamic model pair established in this paper using numerical manifold method (NMM) alleviate conditions, which can simultaneously mathematical physical covers. The displacement function first derived teeth, equations element acquired. After inspecting reasons that cause excitation, response attained all three orthogonal directions. shows axial direction more significant than curvature direction. Furthermore, differential solved through detailed example, relationship between design parameters natural frequency revealed. characteristics four order revealed NMM compared with result carried out commercial finite (FEM). comparison efficiently relieve gear.
